1. Warranty Coverage
Screen/LCD Coverage:
- Any display issues arising without physical damage, water damage, or manual interference, particularly touch-related problems.
- Our warranty does not cover damages such as lines, spots, or physical damage to the screen.
Battery:
- Warranty is applicable if the battery is swollen or providing significantly reduced backup.
Other Parts:
- If any replaced part (such as speakers, microphone, charging port, or buttons) is not functioning as intended without physical or water damage.
- Parts must not be tampered with or manually interfered with after repair.
2. How to Claim Warranty
To claim your warranty, please email us at contact@mheal.in along with the following details:
- Your invoice.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- If it’s a screen-related issue, please include a video showing the problem.
3. Resolution Time
We typically resolve warranty-related issues within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your request. You will receive a response via call or email, and we will work to address your concern promptly.
Note: Any issues unrelated to the parts we replaced are not covered under warranty.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable under our warranty policy. Instead, we will repair or replace the defective part as per the terms mentioned above.
