iPad Air 5 (A2588) screen issue – horizontal lines + top part blank

My iPad Air 5th Gen (A2588) has started showing display issues. There are horizontal lines appearing on the top side of the screen, and the top portion of the display is blank or not responding properly. The rest of the screen works, but the issue makes it hard to use normally.
I just wanted to check
- Does this indicate a damaged LCD or internal display issue?
- Is it because of a loose connector?
- Repair cost?

This is not due to a loose connector — your display is damaged. That's why the top-side LCD panel is showing no lights.
Note: Loose connection issues are rare unless the device was recently opened
You have to replace the Display (LCD + Touch).
